AJM Property Management has over 20 years experience in student housing in Cardiff. We pride ourselves in being able to offer some of the very best private student accommodation in the city. Roath Park and Heath, ideally placed for all major universities in Cardiff. We can provide houses for groups of 3 to 6 students. All houses are within easy reach of the city centre, public transport routes and shopping areas. AJM Property Management has an experienced team of contractors and is able to carry out all maintenance and repairs rapidly.
In addition, we provide a 24 hour call out service. Gas safety inspections are carried out annually on all properties by fully qualified plumbers. Smoke alarms/ Heat detectors are provided in communal areas. Our properties in Cathays are licenced as HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy) with Cardiff County Council as part of their additional licensing scheme.
