Amber Management is an established property management company based in Ware, Hertfordshire. We manage residential developments on behalf of our clients throughout the UK from buildings with 5 apartments through to larger developments in excess of 1,000 properties. We aim to develop, innovate and enhance the quality of life within our client's properties and estates and do everything possible to ensure that common facilities and services are always efficient and safe for use.
Our property management team will establish appropriate lines of communication with our clients and their representatives and provide regular maintenance and management of their properties and estates whilst leading in the development of new, efficient, and cost effective approaches to facilities maintenance and management wherever possible. Our committed team offer a friendly and professional service to all clients that we work with.

KentNightmare. They failed to tell us that the only remaining director of our RMC had resigned, appointed themselves as director and therefore took control of all of our accounts. When we eventually managed to sack them - and it took a while as they refused to communicate with residents - our accounts were empty as our service charges had been spent on other properties they manage.
