This means that the landlord and the tenant have a designated member of staff whom they can contact with any queries they may have. Our property managers are limited to a portfolio of around 100 properties but are also supported by a strong administration team to ensure that maintenance, accounts and marketing are all looked after expertly.
The Office team works tirelessly in the background to support the Property team and our growing portfolio of properties, they make use of the latest property managemenet software to keep track of every aspect of our properties ensuring all our clients get the best possible service, they oil the machine.
