ASC Asset Management is a commercial property and asset management company. We specialise in the management of a wide range of commercial and often complex assets and investments with the objective of creating long term value for our clients through active asset management involving repositioning and redevelopment.
Under the leadership of Lawrence De Marco, our team brings together a combination of strategic skills, commercial relationships and a deep knowledge of the UK and Central European markets. We work on a small number of high value portfolios and projects, and by focusing on the fundamentals and a common sense approach, driven by a wide range of professional skills, we can unlock opportunities and create added value for our clients.
Since launching in 2011, we have been involved in the active management of over 100 assets.
