Block Property Management is a professional Chartered Surveying practice that is solely dedicated to managing the legal, accounting and maintenance of Block Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use Developments. We operate under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) code of practice giving our clients the added comfort of knowing that all our actions are audited and controlled by the RICS. Having a wide ranging portfolio of new build, renovation and multi use developments our experience and service offering is unique.
We understand that we play a central role in managing the growing number of responsibilities associated with communal property and as such bring together our expertise and innovation to ensure that the services provided by us continue to meet the demands of our growing number of clients. Each of our clients is unique and brings with them their own set of diverse needs which we are able to identify and develop.
