About the Business
By choosing BLR as your managing agent you will benefit from the experience of one of the few remaining truly independent managing agents. Established in 2001 as a small partnership, the business has developed into an established company employing around 25 staff and managing many thousands of properties. Our clients are mainly leaseholders who control the management of their own properties but we also act for a large number of corporate clients.
BLR is a family run and owned business and whilst we employ an excellent team of property management professionals, all of our clients have direct contact with the directors and owners of the company should they wish to discuss any aspect of management of their property, or even if they just need some general advice.
