Darren Bradley having worked for corporate Estate Agents, and having grown tired of the large company bureaucracy decided to form Bradley Property Management with the aim of giving a level of professional service that it was felt people quite rightly want and deserve.
Having identified a gap in the market Bradley Property Management was one of the first to make the most of the vast improvements in Landlord and Tenant Law that was the creation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy in the 1988 Housing Act. It was also realised, that as we headed into a deep recession the need for private rented accommodation would grow enormously - which fortunately it did, and the market continues to remain buoyant today.
Over Seventeen years on Bradley Property Management can offer the most personal of personal services as Darren Bradley still does most of the work himself.
