Casserly Property Management offers property owners and their occupiers a single point of contact. Each property will be assigned an experienced and IRPM qualified Property Manager that will manage all aspects of your property. You will not have to speak to a faceless call centre but will instead be given the direct telephone number and email address of your Property Manager who will be able to assist you will all your enquires. The aim of this is to resolve your enquiry the first time you contact us providing you with a service that is highly responsive, professional and value for money.
Casserly Property Management offers a pro-active service via a process of regular site meetings and regular site inspections. This ensures any minor issues are noted and dealt with quickly before they become a major problem. We also provide annual preventive maintenance programmes avoiding expensive call-out charges and unnecessary inconvenience to clients.
