About the Business
Each property we manage has a dedicated property manager who knows the house, the landlord and the tenants personally. We actively seek to contact tenants regularly offering advice and help on how to get the best out of their property, whether its advise about using the heating, leaving the hosue for holidays, or getting the most back from their deposit, this results in happy tenants, and happy landlords.
We have an in house maintenance team meaning we can attend and deal with issues as and when they arise.
