Formed by qualified and experienced professionals from the UK residential block management agent industry who recognised that there is a better and more inclusive way to manage residential buildings and apartment blocks, a way that embodies our core values of Integrity, Quality & Value.
Integrity -We have identified that amongst leaseholders, freeholders and residents that there can be a suspicion that their residential property management agent may at times put their interests above those of their clients. At Clear Building Management we believe in complete transparency. We don't have our own maintenance or repair teams, all contractors are independent and selected from a panel to ensure both value for money and quality in delivery.
