Crabtree Property Management provide a comprehensive residential block property management service to our clients.
Crabtree Property Management was established in 1984. In 2002 four Directors at Crabtree; Terry White, Arti Parmar, Robert Robertson and Mike Babb became owners under a management buy-out. A period of sustained growth has followed including the formation of the Crabtree Property Group in 2008 with the underlying aim of setting the highest standards in the quality of service to our clients by communication, accountability, honesty, reliability and innovation. Crabtree currently manage over 17,000 individual units spread mainly across London and the South of England. The majority of these properties are residential blocks of flats but we do manage a number of mixed-use developments including retail units, offices and houses. Crabtree provide tailored residential block management services for each client. We manage a variety of residential properties.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Please learn from our mistake & do not use Crabtree. They were our managing agents for 4 years, always ignored questions, could never get a straight answer, escalating unexplained fees, refused to host / arrange resident meetings - even after the pandemic, in 4 years there were 2 meetings. They have continually refused to provide details of our electric usage - turns out they have 2 developments next to each other & they do not know whose electric is whose. We have served notice at the start of 2022 & been ignored ever since. They refuse to complete a handover, we cannot get our information from them. Our request to make a complaint is ignored, this is despite having directors on the e-mails we send. The whole situation is a nightmare. Some details that may help if you too are having issues with them. They are part of the property redress scheme. Director of Property Management at Crabtree Property - also ignores all e-mails.
The WORST company we have EVER had to deal with in our whole lives. They owe us £650 and are refusing to refund any money. Absolute scammers! The managers and complaint “managers” are unprofessional, rude and the most unhelpful people I have ever come across in my whole entire life. I can’t even believe they are able to get away with this thing they call “customer service”?! They don’t know what customer service is! Nobody is willing to help, they do not ever answer the phone, they do not reply to emails, their communication is non-existent. If you are looking at buying somewhere where Crabtree is the management company, AVOID! I can’t express enough how awful these people are, I would be embarrassed to work for them.
I was spoken to appallingly, with little or no interest about my enquiry. The person who answered the phone didn't hold the phone up to their mouth, so I could barely hear them. I was asked blunt questions, put on hold, asked mote blunt questions and then told to email, rudely. I was enquiring about possibly asking Crabtree to take on a relatively middle to large management of an apartment block. I will now take my enquiry elsewhere and would encourage anyone else calling this company to avoid them. No customer care whatsoever.
