LondonAbsolutely shocking. No communication. Constant excuses. Poor practice. We are currently 11 months into major works which should have only taken 5 months at most. No end in sight. No accountability for contractors they use. Poor quality works. Rudeness. Poor practice. Poor value for money with works. Tries to gaslight leaseholders.
