Darren Stocks MIRPM has been involved in the Property Management market since 1986. This year marks Crown Property Managements' 20th anniversary of the company which Mr Stocks (with a little help) has built up into one of Torbay's largest independent lettings & estate management companies. We are committed to specialising in residential and block management and we made a firm decision many years ago not to 'dabble' in the estate agency market as we believe that our success has been largely due to specialising in the property management industry only, as well as repeat business and recommendations from both landlords and tenants. CROWN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT have completed a major move to larger offices to meet customer demand. The expansion will meet the growing needs of the Letting & Block Management Departments in this buoyant market. The majority of our business comes from recommendations due to the loyalty, efficiency and expertise of our staff.

Torquay, DevonThe CPS says “Fraud is the act of gaining a dishonest advantage, often financial, over another person and is now the most commonly experienced crime in England and Wales”. Daren Stocks and Sam Secker ‘mistakenly’ took Reserve money, from 2019 onwards to the tune of over 10K, from us which was not part of the lease agreement. Coincidently, Daren Stocks then increased his management fee by 65percent (to look after this money?) and stopped showing interest earned in the annual accounts. He refuses to repay any of these monies (over 13K). How many other people have experienced this from Daren Stocks? Funnily enough, I do not recommend him or his firm or the solicitor Darby Darby who supports his actions.
