Greg Terefenko, Mangaging Director started in the public sector of housing managent, managing a porfolilio of assets of over a billion pounds. He brought his vast experience into the private sector and now ensures that a culture of high level customer service and a can do attitude is at the heart of the company.

At Fenko Property Management residential property management is our passion. Whether you have a portfolio of 1 or 1000, we provide a tailored service that meets the needs of our clients.

Unlike the vast majority of our competitors, we provide a fixed fee per tenancy and not per property. Many competitors charge a percentage of the rent, so for example if the property receives an income of £1000, a standard fee of 10% is charged, or £100, if the rent is £2000, a £ 200 is charged.

At Fenko Property Management we don’t think this is fair. Just because a property is bigger doesn’t mean it takes a greater degree of managing.

In order to address this, we have decided to take a fresh approach, and believe we have found the solution.
