About the Business
Formed in 1996 from the buy-out from Fox and Sons of the Property Management business which had it origins in the 1940's, the size of the portfolio has doubled to its current level of 3400 Flats in 200 Blocks. We manage all our properties in accordance with the Service Charge Residential Management Code of Practice published by the RICS.
Our portfolio now covers an area along the South Coast from Southampton to West Bay near Bridport. We value giving good old fashioned personal service coupled with an up to the minute computer system enabling all members of staff to provide immediate answers to enquiries.
