Estates Management
The management company structure within housing developments has become increasingly important over the past 15 years as more communal spaces have been specified through the planning authorities. As a result of this planning policy, developers are required to provide public open spaces and landscaped areas.
As agents, we look after the environment within each development through a team of landscaping professionals maintaining the landscaped and lawned open spaces, shrub beds and children’s play areas. We also help combat litter, resolve car parking disputes and maintain services within unadopted areas such as street lighting, paths and un-adopted roads.
Project Management
From time to time it may be necessary for a client to undertake works over and above usual ‘day-to-day’ maintenance requirements, for instance periodic internal and/or external redecoration, or overhaul/replacement of lift installations.
Our experienced Project Managers ad affiliates can deliver all types of property assessment, surveying, planning, specification and supervision requirements clients require, as part of a comprehensive service in compliance with all appropriate standards and procedures.
Block Management
We are exclusively set up as property management agents, that is maintaining and enhancing the fabric, amenities and services of each development that we serve.
Each development that we manage has a single point of contact with one of our experienced block/estate managers who undertakes regular site visits to inspect standards of property maintenance, service delivery and the general condition of the development. They complete a detailed site visit report and document health and safety and fire regulation checks.
