A highly focused independent Residential Letting's Agency, based in Vauxhall specialising in SE1, SE11, SE17 and SW8 Greenacre was first established in Kennington almost 25 years ago. Since then we have expanded our geographical base beyond SE11 and SW8, also specialising in Walworth, Elephant and Castle, Vauxhall and north up to the river to cover London Bridge, Borough and Waterloo. We have a large Letting and Management portfolio currently handling over 200 properties. Our diverse knowledge enables us to offer advice extending to all sectors of the residential letting's market. LondonA small agency with just the one shop in Vauxhall. Very friendly and personable staff and especially the owner Julian. As its small, doesn't always have a large range of properties available but when they do, they are reasonably priced and all in the localities that they say they work in which is good as some agencies advertise properties that are further out than they say. I once rented property just a 5mins walk from their office for 3 years. They will always be honest with you. Sometimes difficult to find them open as I think they do shorter hours than large agencies. You cannot see what is advertised in their window as a shutter blocks the window when they are closed. Overall very positive experiences with them over the past 10 years.
