With offices in Croydon, Bath, Kent, Hampshire and Cheshire, we think we've got property management well covered - it's all we do and we think we're pretty good at it, so do lots of our clients!
House conversions, private estates, high-rise modern buildings and large, mixed-use developments all form part of our portfolio. Each property is looked after by a designated team - a property manager, assistant and client accountant - so there should always be someone who knows your building.
Property management may not sound very exciting but it's an essential part of day to day living if you're in a flat or property which has access to communal areas, services and facilities. Our property managers manage service charge funds and arrange everything from gardening and cleaning to lift maintenance and repairs, not to mention ensuring compliance with the leases, transfers and a raft of legislation.
