Initiative Property Management focuses on the management of residential apartment blocks in the South of England. We work on behalf of the freeholder, Residents' Management Company or Right To Manage Company to provide a superior service to all. Our current portfolio reaches across Dorset & Hampshire. A selection of our managed properties in Bournemouth, Boscombe, Westbourne, Poole, Christchurch, New Milton, Weymouth and Southampton is available in our portfolio.
Initiative has a proven track record of successfully achieving the short and long-term objectives of the Freeholder, Residents Management Company (RMC) or Right To Manage Company (RTM). We manage residential buildings of all age and size, from individual town-houses to multi-block estates.
