All our engineers are ex- British Gas and are Gas Safe Registered.
The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras. We work Monday to Saturday and cover some Sundays.

Our Services
We will carry out a Gas Safety Inspection at your rental property on your Gas Meter and all Gas Appliances.
Please make sure that your Gas boiler and relevant appliances are in working order when we arrive, as we do not carry out repairs, and make sure that there is a Gas and Electricity supply to the property, otherwise we will not be able to carry out the necessary checks, and you will be charged a call out fee.
We as a company carry out Landlord’s Gas Safey Check’s (CP12’s)
on behalf of Private Landlord’s, Letting Agent’s, and Social Housing Client’s.
