We have recently expanded our Block Management division and we have worked extremely hard to become one of the first companies in the UK to have been awarded an accreditation to ARMA-Q, the new regulatory regime for residential leasehold managing agents. To achieve accreditation, we had to demonstrate compliance with over 160 rigorous industry standards. This accreditation puts us at the leading edge of best practice in property management.
