The first step is to send a Company Representative to your property to enable us to offer you an accurate assessment on the rental value of your house/flat and to take pictures for advertising the property. The next step is to advertise the property. Besides advertising on our own files we also advertise through various Internet sites such as Rightmove, Citylets, S1 Homes and Lettingweb.
Issues do sometimes arise, however, you can feel rest assured that we have a wide variety of tradesmen to sort out any problems. We will simply give you a call with a quotation for the job, or, if you prefer, you are free to use your own tradesmen.
