Parry & Drewett was opened in 1969 by John Drewett and John Parry and has since grown over the last 40 years to be one of the most well respected local Estate Agents and proudly independent. All our offices are overseen by resident partners who are able to rely on long standing experienced staff.

Block Management
Parry & Drewett is a successful independent estate agent established in 1969 and we pride ourselves on our reputation. Our current portfolio has been created by personal recommendation and has recently started to grow further. One of the main reasons we continue a high standard in block management is simple – the blocks we manage are locally based to our offices and therefore we can attended the site at a moment's notice if any emergencies arise. Our block management activities are concentrated only in the KT postal code as we feel that local knowledge and accessibility are two important requirements.
