About the Business
The business was founded and is run by Joy Warby, ably assisted by a dedicated, experienced, highly-trained & friendly team of staff. We let and manage properties in towns, villages & rural areas including Darlington, Newton Aycliffe, Bishop Auckland, Richmond, Northallerton, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield, Yarm & Stokesley, for landlords with rented property in a variety of circumstances: home owners, investment landlords, people who have inherited property etc. We also deal with the block management of flats and houses on developments with communal areas.
Unlike many agents, all our work is done under one roof, so there is no delay whilst we contact head office/accounts - we can thus answer most queries quickly, enabling us to provide a better service. Our office is in Duke Street, Darlington, with a prominent window in this town centre location, giving us access to 'passing trade' from the busy thoroughfare, with parking directly outside.
