With offices in Southern England (Salisbury), South East England (Brighton), Central England (Birmingham), Eastern England & Thames Gateway (Chelmsford), Prime Central London, Wales & West of England (Cardiff) and South West England (Plymouth) we presently provide services to more than 20,000 homes, including homes in retirement housing schemes and mixed use developments. Our clients are Right to Manage Companies, Tenant Management Companies, Developers and Freehold Investors. Our staff are trained in all aspects of property management, based on both good practice and current legislation. Our Property Managers have either qualified with the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or are studying to attain membership. Remus Management is a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) and abides by the Code of Practice of that Association and that of The Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors (RICS).

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Lazy, useless, unprofessional staff who are completely disinterested in assisting with any help. No one answers phone calls or emails, there is a large blame culture and you're frequently told that other colleagues are at fault for nothing being done Remus are ALWAYS right and you the paying customer are ALWAYS wrong without fail. Staff are rude, completely clueless and totally unprofessional. I've yet to find anyone at Remus who is even vaguely interested in helping resolve problems or provide a bare minimum of customer service. Everything is just far too much trouble and the company motto is I'll get back to you which is an utter lie!!! You'll spend endless hours chasing Remus staff who simply ignore you (your emails and phone calls will purposely be ignored if they think you to be a trouble maker) and will conveniently disappear with the dishonest promise that someone will contact you as soon as possible. I've tried really hard to think of a nice word to say about Remus and quite honestly I just can't think of one! Remus is disinterested liars who only care about swindling money out of their hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of unhappy customers. Grossly unprofessional people with absolutely no conscience or common decency or courtesy.
