About the Business
Revolution Property Management are a specialist residential property block management company. We are different - really different, our senior managers are all leaseholders in residential property blocks, we place customer service at the core of everything we do and see things as you do; as leaseholders. Our customers are surveyed each year and in our 2014 survey we achieved a 94% satisfaction score - impressive but there is still room for improvement and we will never rest on our laurels.
We work with residential property blocks, management companies, residents associations and individual leaseholders to find solutions, we offer free assessment of your options. We are full members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and comply with their rules, additionally we are ISO9001 compliant.

Manchester, Greater ManchesterABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! So far revolution has made our living situation uncomfortable, difficult and very unpleasant for us since moving into an apartment under their ‘care’. The first two months or so of moving in we had raw sewage flushing all over our bathroom. Revolution seemed to think this was acceptable and just told us ‘to not push the flush all the way in’ which of course is unacceptable and doesn’t work. Response from them is either non-existent or long, drawn-out and after weeks eventually completely unhelpful. If you somehow manage to get them to answer the phone you’ll be greeted with a young man who’s main response will be ‘I don’t know’. We were forced to keep our bike in the bike store. Our bike was then stolen from the bike store. After three weeks of chasing them for a response, they finally changed the codes (which they didn’t think to do without prompting from us). And told us our bike wasn’t covered by their insurance but by our contents insurance. Obviously, as the bike store is two floors down and everyone has a code this is wildly inaccurate. Sara and Justin (Manchester) are especially unhelpful and I think they are just downright lazy and really do not care how difficult they make your life, as long as they can do as little as possible. I would genuinely consider looking for another apartment instead of going through everything we have. There’s a reason that all of the reviews on here are terrible and that they’ve turned reviews and commenting off on their social media, they know they’re terrible and they just simply do not care.
