Before we commence property management, each property is audited and analyzed fully to ensure we are familiar with all Property management issues and costs which the owners will be liable for. We tailor our property inspections to meet the property developments needs on a regular basis or more frequent visits where on-site staff or high maintenance issue requires them.

Larbert, FalkirkSGPM have mismanaged our estate for 7 years. Not one invoice has been correct, their contractors hack at the grass and cut over rubbish. The estate has declined with SGPM and we have made numerous complaints without any explanation from them.
We stay in a small block of 9 apartments in Lenzie, SGPM are the Factors and over the period we have been here they have dealt with all of the varied maintenance problems in a professional and efficient manner. Tracey and her colleagues have been attentive and have responded quickly to any problems dispatching Contractors that have been equally helpful and efficient. I have rented property elsewhere with a different Factor, the difference is remarkable and I would love to have SGPM there too.
