Simon Vaux Rental is an independent company boasting a large office in the centre of Evesham. I specialise in letting and property management and offer much more window display space than many other letting agent in Evesham! As I do not employ any staff, you only deal with me! My philosophy is that clients prefer a personal service and are tired of being treated like a number by indifferent staff who really don't seem to care.
Many estate agents have 'got into' lettings when the sales market was so quiet. The same agents who wouldn't have bothered a few years ago.
