SMF Property Management was formed by someone who really knows the property market. Starting off with a buy to let portfolio, our Managing Director moved into property management after becoming increasingly frustrated by property factors. In all of his closes, he talked to frustrated and unhappy home owners who were constantly paying out a lot of money for jobs that could be completed at a fraction of the price. Experiences such as communal loft areas being forced access into and then being billed £180 to fix this was one of the motivating factors in pursing the creation of a property factoring company.
