About the Business
At Walker Lettings & Management our simple aim is customer satisfaction. We appreciate that not all clients want the same thing and we adapt and tailor make our approach to suit your individual needs. We set the company up in 2002 after working at other agencies and felt we could use our previous experience to provide more for our clients. Being a smaller independent company, all of our clients are equally important. We talk to our clients and find out exactly what they want. We have had feedback telling us that they have felt fobbed off by other agents or that they are not completely satisfied with the level of service and attention that they get. We listen to our clients and take this on board to ensure a healthy working relationship. It's the small things and attention to details that are important.
