West Midlands Property Management Ltd ("WMPM") is a property company specialising in three main areas of property management.
More recently the company has devoted its attention to managing client investment capital, specialising in property investment abroad, in particular Spain's Costa del Sol.
The new UK pensions legislation, due to come into force in April 2006, will permit the purchase of residential property (including property abroad) in personal pensions (SIPPS). This is expected to have a huge effect on the property market. However it is clear that it will be requirement that such properties are professionally managed by an independent and unbiased property management company, such as WMPM.
