About the Business
After finishing my degree at Coventry University, I went to work at an independent letting agents, this gave me my grounding in the industry and I worked there for 5 years, after this time got a new job as the manager of a corporate estate agents right up until 2008, where I decided to take the plunge and set up as an Independent Letting agency covering Northampton and surrounding areas as I felt Northampton was missing an agency that was not treating clients as a number or as a cash cow - charging for everything on top of management fees.
We are different. We have a small team that we believe offers a personal service that goes further than other agents, you will only deal with professionals that know your house and tenants intimately so the service is just for you, as a landlord myself, I realise that the one thing you want from an agent is honesty, have the ability just to deal with issues as they arise, and ensure a smooth letting process without costing the earth.
